NHN Wild Bill Road | Kila
If you're looking for a place to build a hunting cabin or a dream home with a gorgeous view of a valley and the surrounding mountains, you've found the right piece of property. This 40-acre parcel has large Ponderosa Pine trees that you could use to build your log home or just admire their grandeur. Several nice building sites to choose from, put your home in the middle to maximize your privacy, or build the family compound you've always wanted. Currently there are no homes on the adjacent parcels. On one side is a 80-ac parcel owned by Stoltze and the other side is a private 316-ac parcel. The parcel below is over 36,000 acres of Forest Service land. Note: The Sellers submitted an application to the Forest Service to use a Forest Service Road to access the property. From the Forest Service Road to Costco is approximately 30 minutes. Don't miss out on buying a piece of the Montana Dream. Finding property that borders Forest Service land and Stoltze land is getting hard to find. MTR 30056349
