Directions to property: Take Exit 240. From there head North on Cooper Drive. Stay on Cooper drive about 3 miles. Turn left on Lower Andy Creek. Follow it up to Pinoeer Trail Lane. Turn right at Pioneer Trail Lane and drive up the mountain. You have gone about 4 miles so far. You have about a mile to go. On your left you will see an unmarked road. This is Lightning Ridge Lane. 2/10ths of a mile more and you are at the top of the property. The partial drive way is to your right. Access by walking, riding a horse, dirt bike or ATV. A truck is too wide. There are a couple of build sites cut out down below.
